Jordan School of Dance was formed in 1996 by the current owner Ashley Jordan Fuller. We are located in Grove Hill, Alabama. JSD offers classes in ballet, pointe, lyrical, jazz, tap, hip hop, tumbling, and competition company. Our classes range from ages 3 through adult.  


Ashley Jordan Fuller started dance at the age of three and has not stopped since! Mrs Ashley has worked with many groups over the years including ASCC Expose', Faulkner Sun Chief Sound, Thomasville Tiger Paws, Thomasville City Schools Drama, Jr Miss/ Distinguished Young Women contestants, instructor at Judson College and many more. Mrs Ashley's students have won numerous awards and top honors through out the south. Under her direction the Thomasville Tiger Paws Dance have won best in class the last 5 years and scored in the top three at UDA. Ashley Jordan Fuller was elected to the executive board of Dance Teachers United, the competition director, DTU chaplain, and serves as the emcee for DTU regional and national competitions. She participates in yearly continuing training through Showstoppers, Dance Teachers United, and Dance Teacher Live. 

In 2017 Jordan School of Dance was awarded the "Studio of Excellence" Kids Artistic Revue award.  The studio was also awarded the 2018 "Studio Of Excellence " Kids Artistic Revue Award and 2018 "Studio Of Excellence" Applause Talent award. In 2018 JSD also received the KAR "Overall Top Scoring Studio Award". Mrs Ashley received the 2018 "Creative Storytelling" Choreography Award. In 2023 The Jordan Dancers scored in the top three highest scoring groups and received a Golden Ticket. They will travel to New York in July 2023 to compete at The World Dance Championships. In 2024 received a second Golden Ticket to New York World Dance Championships, and a prestigious Inspire Golden Egg Award.

Jordan School of Dance celebrated its 30th show in May of 2025. The Grove Hill location began in the basement of Mrs Ashley's parents home and quickly moved to 111 N Jackson St. In 2019 the Grove Hill Location moved to 171 Grove Hill Ave. JSD purchased the 13,500 sq ft building and began renovating. This spacious, high tech facility is the first of it's kind in the area. Jordan School of dance works to support Clarke County and the surrounding communities. Jordan School of Dance student base is extensive, traveling from Excel, Monroeville, Tibbie, Leroy, Chatom, Jackson, Gilbertown, Coffeeville, Pine Hill, Demopolis, Sweet Water, Thomasville, DixonMills, Peach Tree, Gilbertown, and Grove Hill to take classes, just to name a few.

JSD strives to provide our students with highest quality dance education while maintaining a supportive and loving atmosphere. A core faculty of professional artists provides a solid dance foundation while introducing a variety of style options. We encourage every dancer to be versatile and well-rounded while creating a solid technical foundation for each dancer to build upon.  The classes are challenging with an emphasis on personal accomplishment for each dancer.
